Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies ⸻ We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process for all clients, please take note of the following policies: -Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. -Rescheduling Policy 2. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee. =No-Show Policy 3. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notification will be considered a "no-show" and may be charged a fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
